Sub-processors

Third parties engaged by Omnipresence Ventures India Private Limited to process data on its behalf.

We engage third parties to process data on our behalf in connection with the Omnipresence Platform and our website. Each is permitted to process data only to provide services to us, and is bound by confidentiality obligations.

This page is referenced by our Terms of Service and Privacy Policy. We may add, remove or replace sub-processors at our discretion and will update this page accordingly. Continued use of the Platform constitutes acceptance of the sub-processors engaged from time to time.

Categories of processing

Sub-processors are engaged within the categories below. Where we change a provider within a category, this page is updated rather than the Privacy Policy.

Cloud hosting and infrastructure	Operating the Platform, storing Customer Data and serving web and mobile applications
Database and storage services	Persisting records created through the Platform, including work activity, media and trade data
Error monitoring and application performance management	Detecting faults, diagnosing crashes and maintaining reliability of the Platform
Email and messaging delivery	Transmitting transactional notifications and messages sent at a subscribing organisation’s direction
Mapping and geocoding	Resolving coordinates to addresses and rendering routes, visits and check-in locations
Payment processing	Collecting subscription fees and issuing invoices
Customer support tooling	Receiving, triaging and responding to support requests and enquiries
Business contact data providers	Supplying the third-party business contact information surfaced through Omni Scout
Machine learning model providers	Generating summaries, recommendations, classifications and extracted data in AI features

Named sub-processors

A current list identifying each sub-processor by name, together with the category it serves and the location in which it processes data, is available to subscribing organisations on request. Write to info@omnipresence.in from an account administrator address and we will provide it.

Data residency

Customer Data is hosted in the Asia Pacific (Mumbai) region. Limited processing may take place outside India where necessary for support, monitoring, error reporting or third-party service delivery, as described in Section 10 of our Privacy Policy.
